I really enjoyed my stay as the breakfast was great and the hotel was close to shopping options like Westfield Brandon which made it super easy to take a relaxing stroll while also grabbing a bite at places like Olive Garden just a short walk away.

Unfortunately, the pool closing at 9:00 pm was disappointing, limiting evening enjoyment for families. Encountering rude guests in the elevator was also frustrating, but the clean and colorful decor helped make the stay pleasant overall.

This hotel was an excellent fit for a passing visit in Brandon with definitely value for money. The Bright Side breakfast had a nice variety, including make-your-own waffles, which we enjoyed every morning. I'd suggest checking out the breakfast early to avoid crowds.

The outdoor space and landscaping had potential but needed sprucing up, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Overall, I had a mix of pleasant interactions but observed a fair number of issues that could be improved.
